All services are provided by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by text. A valid contact number is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, as the reserved time cannot be rebooked.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to respect the next client’s schedule, with the full service fee still applying.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment will be communicated at booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Health & Medical Disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, or recent cosmetic procedures prior to treatment. This ensures services are safe and appropriate for your skin.

Right to Refuse Service

All client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for appointment scheduling and treatment planning.
Children & Guests
To maintain a calm and professional environment, only scheduled clients are permitted in the treatment area unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Services
Due to the nature of personal care and esthetic services, all services are non-refundable once performed. Results vary by individual, and no refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes.
If you are unhappy during your service, please inform your esthetician immediately so adjustments can be made at that time.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds. Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees remain due.
Prepaid Services & Packages
Prepaid services or packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another appointment date if proper notice is given in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Retail Products (if applicable)
Unopened and unused retail products may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons.
Medical or Skin Reactions
We are not responsible for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, medications, or failure to follow post-treatment care instructions. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

If a service is refused for safety or medical reasons, refunds or credits will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the provider.
